Chief Medical Officer (CMO)
The Chief Medical Officer leads Oxia’s clinical strategy and guides programs from preclinical research into human trials. This role oversees trial design, regulatory engagement, and medical governance while translating ERM science into clear clinical pathways.
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
The Chief Technology Officer builds and advances the scientific technology platforms that power Oxia’s discovery and translational work. This role develops screening systems, automation, advanced assays, and computational tools that strengthen mechanistic insight and accelerate progress toward IND.
Scientists
The Scientists drive hands-on discovery in gene regulation and tissue injury response, developing robust assays that move Oxia’s programs toward IND readiness. These individuals design high-quality experiments, support tech transfer and IP, build strong lab workflows, and contribute directly to Oxia’s discovery platform.
